Proposed Amendment: Home Investment Partnership Program and Emergency Solutions Program

The City of Erie proposes to amend its FY2017, FY2018, and FY2019 Action Plans for the Use of Funds under the Home Investment Partnership Program and FY 2019 Action Plan for the Emergency Solutions Program.

FY2017 HOME

GMA Development Group, LLC – Homebuyer decreased from $120,893 to $-0-.

City Housing Rehab decreased from $190,278.74 to $53,265.24.

Beacon Communities – Richford Arms Acquisition/Rehab/Rental increased from $-0- to $257,906.50.

FY2018 HOME

GMA Development Group, LLC – Homebuyer decreased from $214,626.63 to $-0-.

City Homebuyer/Rehab decreased from $136,758 to $33,939.61.

City Housing Rehab decreased from $100,000 to $-0-.

Beacon Communities – Richford Arms Acquisition/Rehab/Rental increased from $-0- to $417,445.02.

FY2019 HOME

City Homebuyer Rehab decreased from $165,916 to $-0-

City Housing Rehab decreased from $154,318.37 to $69,547.26.

Beacon Communities Acquisition/Rehab/Rental increased from $-0- to $74,648.48.

GMA Development Group, LLC increased from $159,481 to $335,519.63.

FY2019 EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT PROGRAM

GECAC Rapid Rehousing decreased from $85,121 to $70,121.

St. Martin Center increased from $-0- to $15,000.

Copies of the proposed amendment are available for viewing during the required 30 day public comment period on the City of Erie’s website at cityof.erie.pa.us or by emailing dsmith@erie.pa.us.  Comments are invited and should be submitted in writing to the above address or to dsmith@erie.pa.us no later than May 7, 2021.  All comments will be considered prior to the submission of the amendment to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
