PROPOSED AMENDMENTFY 2020 and FY2023 ANNUAL ACTION PLANS – CDBG & ESG PROGRAMS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Erie proposes to amend its FY2020 and FY2023 Annual Plans
The City of Erie proposes to amend its FY2020 Annual Plan for Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and its FY2023 Annual Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for CDBG and ESG.
The FY2020 and FY2023 Amendments describe how the City of Erie will reprogram funds as follows:
The FY2020 Annual Plan Amendment is as follows for ESG:
GECAC Rapid Rehousing decreased from $87,795 to $32,441.14
St. Martin Center Rapid Rehousing increased from $0 to $55,353.86
The FY2023 Annual Plan Amendment is as follows for CDBG:
DECD Administration decreased from $608,047.00 to $588,047.00
Erie Supportive Housing Plan increased from $0.00 to $20,000.00
Copies of the proposed amendment are available for viewing during the required thirty day public comment period on the City’s website at cityof.erie.pa.us Public Comments on the proposed Amended Plans can be directed to the Department of Economic and Community Development, 626 State Street, Erie, PA from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. or by email or by email to dsmith@erie.pa.us no later than July 12, 2024.
City Council is expected to act on the proposed Substantial Amendment and Transfers for the Annual Action Plans for FY FY2020 and FY2023 on July 17, 2024 at their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30 p.m.
