RFP 2024 HOME-ARP Housing Proposals

The City of Erie, PA seeks Housing Proposals from qualified housing developers in support of the City’s HOME-ARP Homelessness Plan.  The City intends to select a Housing Developer no later than January 23, 2025.

The specific service being sought by the City is identified in RFP # 2024-01.  A copy of this document may be obtained in the City of Erie’s Department of Economic and Community Development, 626 State Street, Room 404, Erie, PA  16501, or the City’s website at https:\\cityof.erie.pa.us.  The deadline for prevailing submission or proposals is 4:00pm on January 9, 2025.
