Special Meeting Times: Historic Review Commission & Planning Commission

Historic Review Commission:

The Historic Review Commission of the City of Erie will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The meeting will be held in person at City Hall (626 State St, Erie, PA 16501, Room 407).

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss final amendments, specifically Criteria for Designation for Article 7 Historic Resource Protection of the Zoning Ordinance.

Planning Commission:

The Planning Commission of the City of Erie will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be held in person at City Hall (626 State St, Erie, PA 16501, Room 407). 

The purpose of the meeting is to update the commissioners on the Character Area Analysis being conducted by Michael Baker International (MBI), the city’s consultant. MBI will provide preliminary community development objectives, which will then be drafted to reflect the identified objectives and goals of existing plans and how they play into the development of the future character areas map.
