City of Erie 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan & FY2025 Annual Action Plan Public Hearings May 5, 2025, 10:00am & 6:00pm
The City of Erie prepared its FY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan (CP) and FY 2025 Annual Action Plan (AP). The City of Erie Plans were prepared in order to implement programs that fund housing, community and economic development activities within the community using the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
In agreement with HUD regulations, the City of Erie is notifying interested parties and the adjacent units of general local government regarding the preparation of the CP and AP, and their availability. The Plans are available for public review from April 11-May 10, 2025. A copy of the Plan may be viewed at City Hall or downloaded from https://cityof.erie.pa.us/.
The Plan is also on public display to view at the following locations:

- Booker T. Washington Center, 1720 Holland Street, Erie, PA
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Center, 312 Chestnut Street, Erie, PA
- John F. Kennedy Center, 2021 East 20th Street, Erie, PA
- Blasco Library, 60 E. Front Street, Erie, PA
In addition, the City of Erie will host two public hearings to obtain comment on the draft plans. These hearings will be held May 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held at City Hall, 626 State Street, Erie, PA.
Questions or comments regarding the Plans should be submitted to the Department of Economic and Community Development; 626 State Street; Erie, PA. Comments received before 4:00 p.m. May 10, 2025, will be considered.
