PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the following persons or institutions have filed an appeal with the City of Erie Zoning Hearing Board for a variance of zoning restrictions as set forth in Zoning Ordinance No. 80-2005.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at 1:00 P.M. via Zoom Webinar at which time and place any and all interested persons will be heard.

The following appeals will be heard:

• Leon Commercial Leasing, LLC for property located at the southwest corner of West 19th Street and Plum Street.

• The appellant is seeking a use variance to construct a warehouse in an R-2 zoning district.

• The appellant is also seeking a dimensional variance for the location of the building.

This meeting will be held via a Zoom webinar video conference due to COVID-19 pandemic precautions. The meeting agenda and instructions for providing testimony or comment during these proceedings can be found on the City of Erie website at www.erie.pa.us.
