Notice is hereby given that the following persons or institutions have filed an appeal with the City of Erie Zoning Hearing Board for a variance of zoning restrictions as set forth in Zoning Ordinance No. 80-2005. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. via Zoom Webinar at which time and place any and all interested persons will be heard. The following appeals will be heard: Delta Real Estate LLC for property at 1320 East 11th Street for the expansion of a nonconforming use; City of Erie School District for a use variance for property at 2300 Cranberry Street to operate a Day Care Center; Michael Simmons for property at Tax Parcel Number 15021021020100 for a dimensional variance to construct a single family dwelling; PE REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC for property at 946 West 2nd Street for a dimensional variance to construct a 10 unit, three story multiple family dwelling. This meeting will be held via a Zoom webinar video conference due to COVID-19 pandemic precautions.
