Notice is hereby given that the following persons or institutions have filed an appeal with the City of Erie Zoning Hearing Board for a variance of zoning restrictions as set forth in Zoning ordinance no. 80-2005. A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom webinar at which time and place any and all interested persons will be heard. The following appeal will be heard: appeal no. 12,247 by Kulwant Singh (index #6045-122 & 6045-123) concerning property located at 2617 and 2619 Cherry Street for a use variance to operate a gasoline service station and convenience store in an R-2 zoning district; appeal no. 12,248 by Rose Hepler (index #6162-402) concerning property located at 3305 Pittsburgh Avenue for a use variance to operate a day care center in an R-1 zoning district; appeal no. 12,249 by Jeff Kidder (index #4041-122) concerning property located at 463 West Front Street for a dimensional variance to construct a single-family dwelling in a W-R zoning district; appeal no. 12,250 by Russel Connor (index #2020-225) concerning property located at 360 E. 17th street for a use variance and a dimensional variance to construct a warehouse in a C-4 zoning district. This meeting will be held via a zoom webinar video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic precautions.
