Erie City Council to conduct Study Sessions in a hybrid format on the dates and times below to discussion the topics as described:

• Tuesday, 11/9, 5:30 p.m. ARP – DECD grants and loans to business owners and entrepreneurs

• Thursday, 11/11, 5:30 p.m. Budget – Revenues & Risk Management

• Wednesday, 11/17, 6 p.m. Budget – General Govt (elected officials, planning, solicitor, finance, purchasing, IT, HR, etc.)

• Thursday, 11/18, 5:30 p.m. ARP – Police (Homelessness, mental health, drug & alcohol abuse, domestic abuse, juvenile crime)

• Tuesday, 11/23, 5:30 p.m. Budget – Public Works

• Tuesday, 11/30, 5:30 p.m. Budget – Police & Fire

• Wednesday, 12/1, Discussion of budget during Finance Committee meeting, following City Council meeting

• Tuesday, 12/7, 5:30 p.m. ARP – Planning (parks, participatory budgeting, Groundwork Erie, East Bayfront Greenway/Trail System, Quin-T)
