The first phase of the project will cover areas from South Park Row to Twelfth Street. It is expected to be completed by early 2024. The project proposes:

  • New concrete curbs
  • Decorative LED lighting with new light poles
  • Soil cells, which are used for sediment control and better future tree health
  • Expanded green space, which will be strips of grass along the curb

Future phases may include:

  • ADA-compliant curb ramps
  • New sidewalks
  • Lead walks, which will connect the roadway to the sidewalks through the new green spaces
