FY 2015-2019, FY 2020-2024

AND FY2019, 2021, and FY 2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLANS

HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT PROGRAM

Notice is hereby given that the City of Erie has amended its Five-Year Consolidated Plans for FY2015-2019, FY2020-2024, and the FY2019, FY2021, and FY2022 Annual Plans. 

The City of Erie proposes to amend its FY 2019, FY2021, and FY2022 Annual Plans for HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for HOME and ESG.

The FY 2019, FY2021, and FY2022 reprogramming describes how the City of Erie will reprogram funds:

FY 2019 Annual Plan Amendment is as follows for HOME:

             GMA Dev. Group LLC โ€“ Homebuyer Assistance decreased from $150,591.44 to -0-

             City of Erie Housing Rehabilitation increased from 69,547.26 to $220,066.

FY2021 Annual Plan Amendment is as follows for HOME:

HANDS -Goodrich New Const-Rental decreased from $250,000 to -0-

HANDS โ€“ 1319 Parade Street โ€“ Rental Rehab increased from -0- to $250,000

FY2022 Annual Plan Amendment is as follows for  ESG:

GECAC Rapid Re-Housing decreased from $87,734 to -0-

St. Martin Center Rapid Re-Housing increased from -0- to $87,734

The amended FY 2015-FY 2019 and FY2020-2024 Five-Year Consolidated Plans and Annual Action Plans for FY 2019, FY2021, and FY2022 will be on display online until July 17, 2022 at https://cityof.erie.pa.us. Public Comment on the proposed Amended Plans can be directed to the Department of Economic and Community Development, 626 State Street, Erie, PA from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. or by email to dsmith@erie.pa.us

City Council is expected to act on the proposed Substantial Amendment and Transfer for the FY 2015-2019 and FY2020-2024 Consolidated Plans and Annual Action Plans for FY 2019, FY2021, and FY2022 on July 19, 2023 at their regularly scheduled meeting 9:00 a.m.  respectively, in City Hall, 626 State Street, Erie, PA.
